About Me

Eldest daughter of four to a techy redneck and an ambitious city girl.  I grew up on a little dirt road wanting to be a doctor.  I collected medical books and read as much as I could about the human body and and the different types of medicine.  When I wasn't looking into biology I was working with electronics. Much like a human, electronics have it's own organs and systems to do amazing things.  It was about middle school when I found out that doctors took decades of advanced school before they became doctors. Joining the robotics club in high school sealed the deal for my future. I love robots and decided on pursing Computer Science instead of doctoring.

 My most recent and proudest accomplishment has been that I paid off my undergraduate student loans.  While this is a simple accomplishment, it's the accumulation of almost a decade of work. I started planning on in since I was in 8th grade.  Knowing that I was in a single income family with several siblings, I was responsible for finding the way to pay for my own college.  I worked hard in school and graduated 6th in my class. My hard work paid off with the reception  a full tuition scholarship to Troy University. Throughout undergrad I maintained a part-time job job to fund my needs. After I graduated, I stayed close to home working full-time.  450 days after graduating I was able to pay off the $11750 I had picked up in school.
